I'm AP. I'm a product manager at Airtable, working in AI and on mobile. I write code in our production codebase even though I'm not an engineer by training. My background is civil engineering, then education, then years of deploying software for enterprise customers before I became a PM.

I built this site because most of what I read about AI agents either oversells what they are or undersells what they could be. People call everything an agent. Vendors slap "AI-powered" on workflows that were automations five years ago. The vocabulary is mush, and the mush gets in the way of having useful conversations about what to actually build and how to work with these tools.

I'm not trying to be a thought leader. I'm trying to think clearly in public, share what I'm seeing, and write the kind of thing I wish more people would write: honest, specific, opinionated when it matters, and useful for people doing the work.
